BLOCKCHAINS INC. WALLET
How do you guide users clearly through complex security processes?
Challenge.
Multi-signature wallets are a standard for secure transactions in the blockchain space. Every transaction requires approval from multiple authorized parties. A robust model, but one that quickly becomes hard to follow for non-technical users.
Blockchains, Inc. had already defined the authorization flows. The challenge: an interface that presents multi-step approvals, status, and transaction details in a way that stays clear at every step. Even without deep technical knowledge.
Approach.
The authorization process set the structure. It was reworked from the perspective of different user groups. Which steps are clear. Where confusion starts. This led to user flows and wireframes that make the process easy to follow.
A prototype turned the logic into something usable and served as a basis for validation and alignment. Insights fed directly into the next iteration. The result was a precise UI specification ready for development.
Our role.
UX concept and UI design for the end-user app, from journey structure to detailed development documentation:
- Definition of the full approval journey
- User flows and wireframes as the conceptual foundation for all key app areas
- Testable prototype: development of a proof-of-concept to validate the concept with users and stakeholders
- Iteration based on user insights: refining detailed concepts based on user feedback
- UI mockups and documentation: final, fully specified UI ready for development
Outcome.
- Clearly structured approval journey for multi-signature transactions, translating complex security logic into an understandable user experience
- Testable and presentation-ready prototype to validate the concept with users and stakeholders
- Implementation-ready UI documentation as a detailed foundation for development
