Challenge.

Smart charging sounds complex. For users, it shouldn’t feel that way. OLI Move provides a AI-driven charging solution for everyday use. It serves employees in companies and residents in residential buildings.

The platform was already mature. The missing piece was a usable interface. A clear journey for booking, charging options, cost visibility, and status. The challenge was to hide the underlying complexity so the charging experience feels simple, transparent, and self-explanatory.

Approach.

The end-user journey was mapped from the first moment to the completed charging session. From arrival at the charging station through to finish. Steps, decisions, and required information across the entire flow.

User flows and wireframes defined the structure. Prototypes made the concepts testable and were validated with real users in Uselabs. The result was a clear, intuitive UI, ready for development.
